VERSE 1: Where do I go? On whose door should I knock? Those seeds that You sowed must have fallen on a rock. Lord I wish to hear, more than anything, Your words. They shine oh so brightly all across the wondrous Earth. CHORUS: For the beautiful things that You make, the bread and the cup of which we take, the love in Your world for Jesus' sake, we give You praise! VERSE 2: I wanna grow, I wanna grow like an apple tree to bear your fruit and wisdom. Then, oh then, the whole world will see love roarin' like a lion that'll lead us to Your kingdom. CHORUS BRIDGE: Then, all of the forests, all of the lakes, all of the skies above will shout Your name x3 Everyone and Everything Everywhere, Lord, will shout Your name! CHORUS
2.
Brethren, we have met to worship and adore the Lord our God. Will you pray with all your power while we try to preach the word? All is vain unless the Spirit of the holy One comes down. Brethren, pray, and holy manna will be showered all around. Sisters, will you come and help us? Moses' sisters aided him. Will you help the trembling mourners who are struggling hard with sin? Tell them all about the Savior. Tell them that he will be found. Sisters, pray, and holy manna will be showered all around. Is there here a trembling jailer, seeking grace and filled with fears? Is there here a weeping Mary pouring forth a flood of tears? Brethren, join your cries to help them, sisters, let your prayers abound! Pray, oh pray, that holy manna will be scattered all around. Let us love our God supremely, let us love each other too. Let us love and pray for sinners till our God makes all things new. Christ will call us home to heaven, at his table we'll sit down. Christ will gird himself and serve us with sweet manna all around.
3.
CHORUS: Your love sustains through the ages! Your heart remains in these pages! VERSE 1: Wonder and glory follow in your wake. Through time and countless stories I see the beautiful things you make. I am taken aback left without breath that You would rise again to wash away my sins so I can live after death. CHORUS x2 VERSE 2: You were gone for forty long days and nights. Searching and sorting through the temptations invading your life. Then, one morning everything was alright. The hope and faith You had found on Your journey made the devil take flight. CHORUS x2 SOLO CHORUS x2
4.
VERSE 1: Weary pilgrims stranded on your way Your hearts need a place to stay Lonely children any blessed day Heed that call and don't delay CHORUS: He recovers me saves and embrothers me so that when others see they seek the same He revises me teaches and wises me aims for and prizes free all the good from my shame VERSE 2: Long I've waited evermore I've yearned sweet forgiveness I've not earned Friends I've hated, lovers trust I've spurned from his justice have I learned CHORUS x3
5.
VERSE 1: I'm taking a journey to find one faith, one love but my eyes keep turning from what is right above I know it's not easy to travel the road alone Won't you come with me? together we're all one CHORUS: Walk with me from city to city walk with me as we are called by Christ Talk with me and all of these people Talk with me 'cause we are called by Christ VERSE 2: My heart is burning Lord, make me a beacon of light and not just a candle but a torch shining bright Brothers and Sisters, as we live like Christ we set the world ablaze oh what a glorious sight! CHORUS BRIDGE: One faith, one hope one God and Father of all One love, one peace one Lord who works through all One faith, one hope one God and Father of all One love, one direction one Lord who is present in all CHORUS x2
6.
VERSE 1: I climbed on a city bus again a long way from my hometown I was watching the city life go by when a young tall women sat down I gave her a subtle nod while she politely grinned then in a block or so she began talking as though we were best of friends, she said, "I'm on my way home from rehab. I'm gonna make it work this time!" A bit unsure, I looked at her while she continued to speak her mind "Miss Angie, she helped me so much, I know she truly cared. When you can name your pain, I learned from her, then brother you're halfway there." I wished her good luck as I stood up to leave and what she said to me with a soft smile and moist brown eyes was, "God's peace!" CHORUS: A piece of your mind may be a national treasure not found on any spreadsheet. If you're speaking your mind, true to who you are, you just might be a light in the dark. VERSE 2: Chayo worked in the citrus groves during Florida's picking season She was saving up to build a home for her kids and grandbaby to live in She made pupusas in the house where she stayed with other migrant hands They were Spanish speakers from all over thought the locals called them all Mexicans I'd met Chayo ten years back when she'd fled El Salvador not back then as an alien but as a refugee of war I warmed my hands on the weak cup of coffee she'd graciously served to me she began to explain as though discussing the rain about her personal tragedy "My dear old man and my eldest son died fighting for dignity. They were not violent men, they just didn't believe in living life on their knees." I cast my eyes down to the floating coffee grounds not knowing what to say. Then, she spoke again in a more raspy sound summing things up this way. "It's now been three years, three years I've had to grieve but the hole inside, el dolor de madre, Dios mio it will never leave!" CHORUS BRIDGE: Planet earth spins along last I heard the human throng was seven billion strong What could go wrong? I don't mean to be glib or sound arrogant or obnoxious but I hear these pundits tryin' to fit us all in their ideological boxes. You don't know who you're helping to navigate the night when you share the glow from your own inner light What if Rosa Parks had just sat in the back? Or if Dr. King kept his dream quiet in fear of attack? What if the framed law degree of Mahatma Ghandi merely hung on the wall for an hourly fee? How would we be? Would our souls be uplifted by Mercedes Sosa if she'd only sung sad sagas of her vida hermosa? What poisons would be on our fruit tray had Chavez not inspired thousands to say, "Si, se puede, respect those who work in the fields everyday?" Or what about if Honest Abe fearing too many dead said, "Okay. We'll allow the enslaving of humans by those thick in the head." How would we be? x3 CHORUS God knows we need more lights in the world these days. What will you be?
7.
Breathe on me, breath of God. Fill me with life anew, that I may love what y=You do love, and do what You would do. Breathe on me, breath of God, until my heart is pure, until with You I will one will, to do and to endure. Breathe on me, breath of God, till I am wholly thine, till all this earthly part of me glows with thy fire divine. Breathe on me, breath of God, so shall I never die, but live with You the perfect life of thine eternity.

VERSE 1: Look at me Look at you we're not the same that's cool! 'cause we're here in this place to come together and celebrate that we all have something inside a gift from God the light that guides to lead us on our way living more faithfully PRECHORUS: Our light that shines blows the dark away God's word leads us day by day CHORUS: There's more than There's more than There's more than meets the eye! VERSE 2: There's more than meets the eye hidden in our common lives we carry in clay pots precious news from our God that what we see is here today gone tomorrow never to stay but the unseen eternal life waits for us who follow Christ PRECHORUS CHORUS BRIDGE: We are troubled not crushed doubtful never despairing hurt but still living hated and always loved CHORUS x2
